What is a Blood Type Diet

A Blood Type Diet is used for generating individualised dietary plans compatible with your blood group.

Your blood type diet is the restoration of your natural genetic rhythm. Your blood type diet works because you are able to follow a clear, logical, scientifically researched plan based on your cellular profile.

As a naturopath Morsi Huss often incorporates the blood type diet into his patients dietary plans. It is a useful tool that can highlight foods that could be causing problems for a patient, the foods they are best genetically suited to eating, or to assist with weight loss.

One hallmark of naturopathic medicine is the recognition of the biochemical uniqueness of each individual and the need to tailor treatments and prescriptions to match that individual.
